Rinsers

The automatic Rinsers are designed for rising new bottles prior to filling. The bottles are rinsed only internally, in order not to wet the outside, to prevent possible later problems with labeling.

New bottles as such are not always in a guaranteed hygienic or even sterile condition, as required for bottling of quality wines. Therefore, we are convinced that rinsing prior to filling should become standard procedure.

In the standard execution, water is injected which was sterilized through 2 membrane filters (the filters not included in the scope of delivery), the first of 1 micron, followed by one of 0.45 micron.

In this case the used water is discharged from the machine without problems. With this simple treatment any possible dust particles, fragments of glass and cardboard, as well as any condensate from humidity are removed.

The machine can also be used to wet the bottle interior with wine, in which case the discharge wine is recovered, filtered replenished if necessary, and recycled.
The use of the machine as bottle blower is also possible.
A gripper device takes the bottle by the neck and-through a system of cams- turns it upside down. The spray jet enters the bottle mouth and sprays the inside with the spraying liquid. The start of spraying is controlled by the bottle itself. The drip water is recovered in a closed circuit without wetting the machine. At the end, with the bottle still in upside down position, a shaking device facilitates the removal of drops from the bottle bottom. The gripper then turns the bottle and releases it in the discharge star which carries it onto the conveyor belt.
