Labelers

Since 1946, GAI has designed and manufactured bottling machines. With the acquisition of MEB Labeling in 2003, GAI is now able to supply complete bottling line solutions. The rotary labelers are the result of both companies combined knowledge and expertise.

The results of this project are:
1.) Machine production capacity: 1,000 to 12,000 BPH

2.) Ease of use and control
- Centralized management via the control panel of all the labeling stations
- Synchronized movement of all stations
- Electronic inverter to control speed and output

3.) Machine Flexibility
- Various optional extras allow the customers to choose the components to meet their specific needs
- Machine design accommodates both in-feed from left to right or right to left

4.) Reliability
- Extensive use of stainless steel and generous proportions ensures that the rotary labelers 7400, 7500, 7700, and 7900 are easy to use and have a long economic lifespan
